The proportional technique of the electrohydraulic and the numeric control technique of the electrohydraulic fill up the blank between the technique of the switch-control and servo-control. It is an important branch in the fluid drive and in the control technique. In the system of the proportional technique of the electric-hydraulics, the proportional valve is an impossible component in the system of the proportional control, and the performance of the electric-machine conversion-component will affect the performance of the entire valve. So, the conversion-component used in the electric-machine plays an important role in the wholly system. In order to increase the response-speed, the response-time and the demands of the frequency it must resolve the difficult question, such as the landscape orientation force produced by eccentricity and the magnetic stagnant inhere the material magnetism will affect the high-speed drive by proportion loop, and so on. Only do we resolve these problems, can we advance the development in the proportion technique of the electric-hydraulics. In the search of the proportional technique, such as the development of the super-high-speed proportional valve, which is the key, and there is very difficult.As the key component in the electrohydraulic proportion techniques, the structural design used in the permanence magnets in the electric-machine conversion component ,which mainly used the method of FEA. It can effectively compute and analysis the problem in magnetic field, it also visualized the magnetic field of the air gap , so that we can intuitionally resole the issue. In the aspect of the analyses of the dynamic characteristic in the system, the performance targets are important parameter; they are used to scale the quality during the transition process.In this paper, there is three parts contents: founded the modelof the electric-machine conversion component; analysis the static characteristic of the part of the electromagnetism in the proportion valve; analysis the dynamic characteristic of the part of electromagnetism in the proportion valve. By the FEA analyses in the model of the electric-machine conversion component, it can get the intensity of the magnetic induction in the magnetic air gas, the density of the magnetic force line and the distributing of the magnetic field. By these, it can analyze the relation between the parts of electric, the structure of the permanence magnet and the electromagnetism force. Which can provide the theory gist for the design of the proportion valves (they have some good qualities, such as high frequency, rapid response, low energy consume, and so on). At the same time, by the analyses of the qualities of the dynamic, it can get the target of the dynamic characteristic under the conditions, which are importing different electric signals to the system. These have important reference value and the guidance significance to accurately compute the displacement of the valve core and the driving force.
