High speed railway must provides a lower track foundation of high kilter and stability for the high speed of trains, but as the subgrade of track contracture, the roadbed must be of high strength, high rigidity, well stability and endurance. And also it should resist various effects of natural factors. It should select economic, safe and effective construct technics and way of quality test so as to ensure the ordinary of the high railway. So nowadays it is curious to solve this question, meanwhile it is this thesis's major problem.In this paper, it was selected the representative fillings of clay on NingHu. On the base of meliorative optimization indoor test, we have carried through the site filling test, and also studied the standards of subgrade filling construct technics, which meets the demands of high railway subgrade technics parameters, including crush, mill, press technics of meliorative fillings and ways of quality test, and so on. Comprehensive compare evaluate from technology and economyto various of filling subgrades.Base on the result of analysis, then put forward some suggestions of design and construct of high railway subgrade's instructor about standards of subgrade filling construct technics and the parameters of high railway subgrade technics.
