Transfer alignment (TA) is one of the key technologies of Precision Guided Bomb (PGB). Based on the characteristics of PGB's TA, different matching schemes of TA are analyzed and compared. A scheme of velocity-plus-azimuth matching TA is selected as the PGB's TA method. Two different TA filters are designed based on the build and simplification of the velocity-plus-azimuth matching TA modal. The simulation is done. The following shows the contents' particular:Firstly, many kinds of TA methods are analyzed and compared based on TIME, PRECISION and the MOTION needed. Integrated the desire of PGB's TA, the velocity-plus-azimuth matching TA is selected as the PGB's TA.Secondly, based on the velocity-plus-azimuth matching TA's physical modal, a kalman filter (KF) for TA is designed. And on the simplified modal, another KF is designed, too.Thirdly, factors which affect the PGB's TA is analyzed. The simulation program for PGB's TA is completed. And the effects of different motions, IMU precision and so on are simulated. The PGB's TA is simulated too. The results show as the following: main effects of PGB's TA are the method of TA and carrier's motion; the TA doesn't require very high precision; roll motion is much better for enhancing TA performance than azimuth motion. So the "S" motion that often occurs during velocity matching TA does not suit velocity-plus-azimuth matching TA. The roll motion should occur at every turn during velocity-plus-azimuth matching TA; the estimate of attitude errors would be 10min within 20sec when carrier accomplished an "S" motion. When carrier accomplished some roll motion, the estimate of attitude errors would be 3min within 12sec; the simplified KF obtains the close performance to the primal KF's.
