Simulation Of Machine Design's Experiment Based On Internet And Study Of Experiment System Of Gathering Remote Data

System of simulation of machine design's experiment based on Internet and study of experiment of gathering remote data is designed with computer technologies, Internet and theory of machine design's experiment. It combines Applet and Servlet of Java with Tomcat server to design an Internet platform of machine design's experiment. Applet is loaded in the client. Servlet works at the server. Tomcat's function is a server. This experiment system repairs defaults of time and space of machine design's experiment and makes the users enter this system by the browser of Internet at home.This topic studies parameter controlling, analysis of moving parameter and moving simulation of machine design's experiment and designs an experiment platform of Internet, researches the course of gathering remote data. Taking this Internet platform as the basis, it sets up three kinds of experiment systems including the system of moving parameter's test of flat connecting rod's mechanism, the system of device joint's simulation and studies the system of experiment of remote data's collection. The first one realizes kinematics artificial simulation of machine design's experiment of flat mechanism, including mechanism of crank and slide block, mechanism of crank and vibrating block and mechanism of crank and vibrating bar. The second one implements kinematics' artificial simulation of the entity which is composed by three kinds of basic second-pole group's two-time or one-time casual connection. The three groups are one of RRR, one of RRP and one of RPR. The third one studies gathering remote data and makes clients observe the moving situation of remote experiment device only by browser. Its software is implemented with C and Java, loading the file of C language into VC to be compiled to the file of DLL, then putting the DLL into JNI of Java, and realizing gathering remote data. Its hardware utilizes PCL-836, a card of data's collection, which gathers data outputted by the remote experiment device. This experiment system is convenient, interactive and vivid. It utilizes the merits of Internet to reform the traditional experiment mode, supplies a new way for experiment of machine design and has theory values and reality values.
