The information technology has become the most advanced productivity in the world, and the informationization level can significantly evaluate the modernization level of one country, region or industry. Presently, the informationization of China's water conservancy industry is being constructed regarding sharing and developing information resources as the focus. As an important business of hydro-junction, the information integration of water allocation and management is proposed to solve the information integration problem in the field on the background of hydraulic informationization construction with strong industry featureIn recent years, data warehouse technology has developed rapidly and become a relatively useful computer technology. Basically, it is a kind of information integration technology, its goal is to reach fast and effective decision support, and it has been widely applied in many fields. Technically, data warehouse is the most effective way for information manage and analytic application. Combined with other software system, it can effectively realize the sharing and general management of information resources inside hydro-junction, keeping information flow smoothly and providing accurate and unanimous quantization information for hydro-junction operation, management, decision analysis.In China, the application of data warehouse is still the beginning phase of development, and there exist a lot of problems. The thesis is focused on the exploration of water allocation and management information integration in terms of subject construction, metadata analysis, data integration process, multidimensional modeling and OLAP application, data mining, and hydro-junction information integration system structure.The thesis features:1 Proposing an innovation and breakthrough way of data warehouse and OLAP analysis application in water allocation and management information integration.2, Designing OLAP analysis model and constructing relative views for financial statement, lock operation and irrigated area charge, abstracting and analyzing operation and index data of hydro-junction water allocation and management to provide reference to managers for decision making.3 Abstracting information in the professional fields to construct hydro-junction water allocation information subject, to build hydro-junction data warehouse, and to integrate relevant data of departments and systems.Based on Anhui Province Shangqiao Hydro-junction Modern Information Integration & Management Project, this thesis is focused on the research of data warehouse application in water allocation and management information integration, and proposes new ways for hydro-junction construction.
