The Research Of The System Of Safe Production Management In Construction Industry In China

The construction industry is one of the principle industries of the national economy. And for building the socialism market economy and developing the national economy, it is very important to keep it developing well. But, for a long time, the safety in the process of the constructing has puzzled the people who are engaged in the construction industry and the scholars as a problem. Especially, with the rapid development of the national economy, the construction industry has gained amazingly quick development. In recent year, there happened many accidents in the constructing, and the number of the accidents in one year takes on an ascending trend. The state always pays much attention on the management of the safety, and takes many measures to prevent the happening of the accidents. However, the measures can't work efficiently. So we must study the safety management system from a new perspective. This study is to probe the new system of the safety management from a macroscopical view that is suitable to Chinese situation. All the studies are based on the present situation of the safety management in Chinese construction industry, and use the experience of the safety management in developed countries for reference. This system is to inspire the contractors to carry out the safety management measures self-consciously.In this thesis, the methods of comparison research, the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the combination of positive philosophy and standardized research, the theories of economics and management are used to make systematic and comprehensive analysis. At the same time, using the data that reflects the present situation of the safety and safety management in construction industry, the author analyses the problems existing in the present safety management mode, and then points out the key factor in the new systems of safety management is the agency.The study is developed from the following two aspects:Firstly, while analyzing the present situation of the safety producing and safety management and introducing the experience of the safety management in the developed countries, point out imminency to establish a new system of safety management in the construction industry.Secondly, discuss the new system of safety management in the constructionindustry in detail. From the view of the principles of safety management, explore the approaches and the mode to establish a new system of safety management in the construction industry. In this part, discuss the status and the role of the government and the agencies. This part is the emphasis of the whole thesis.
