Research On Heat Efficiency Of Power Station Boilers

Heat efficiency of power station boiler is an important research subject in which carbon loss is an important parameter to reflect combustion performance of boiler, however, there is no favorable means to estimate it definitely. To solve this problem , this paper deals with two respects of researches—factor analysis and creation of math model. On the one hand, factor analysis is used to diagnose operating state of boilers so that the main factors affecting carbon loss of a boiler can be known; On the other hand, the math model is created. With these two respects of researches, the useful tools to reduce carbon loss are provided for increasing boiler efficiency by adjusting combustion.
