Study On Craze And Control For Concrete In Small Hollow Brick Construction (Qingdao)

Reform of wall material is one important policy of our country's construction. The reform aims at using new wall materials to replace traditional solid clay bricks so as to reserve plantation,save energy and protect environment.Reform of wall material indicates adopting and spreading feasible and economical various new wall materials in various projects to replace sold clay brick and other building materials,which waste energy and resources but with bad heat preservation,so as to save energy,save land,protect environment and use waste. Reform of wall material is a key measurement for the strategies of sustainable development and development of country through science & technology. It has significant meanings for saving land,protecting resource and environment,improving building function and promoting building quality and residence level. It is the only way to accelerate technology progress of residence industry,building industry and building material industry.The application of new wall material also brings some negative effects,one of which is that wall made of small air blocks often cracks. The crack of blockwork upsets people and is the social focus and people's complaint. The reasons for blockwork crack are very complicate. The blockworks made of air blocks have many resemblances with that of walls made of solid clay bricks but they have their particularity. Buildings made of air blocks react sensitively to factors effecting crack. Under same conditions,the blockworks of building crack worse than wall made of clay bricks and crack types are also more complicate.Purpose of the thesis:From the reasons of crack,crack development,domestic and overseas theories on crack,I make a deep research on crack. Through analysis and research on crack,I find out the reasons and mechanism of crack,get out the influencing factors of crack,bring forwards theoretically corresponding anti-measures for crack. These anti-measures will help much to the expansion of concrete blocks for buildings in Qingdao region. The thesis will also help much to wall crack. It has large signification for people to improve residence environment,live in satisfactory rooms and lead a high quality life.Main contents of the thesis:Crack and its control of buildings made of concrete small air blocks. 1 introduced development and application of building blocks in China and foreign countries;made a research on the mechanism,configuration and reason of crack;analysized the influencing factors of blockwork crack and put forwards the anti-measures on design,production and construction,etc.Main achievements of the thesis:through analysis of the reasons of blockwork crack,I put forwards the measures on material production,shop drawing design and construction management,etc. Especially,I put forwards to theory that changing traditional painting technics to avoid crack of painting layer. The application of above measures in engineering proved they are effective. After testing,they will be adopted and expanded in Qingdao region.
