Analysis And Optimization For Network Of Water Use In Petrifaction And Refining Plant

Water pinch technology (WPT), developed from 1990's, is a useful too1 on analysis and design of the networks of water use. WPT offer an method that gives the target of water reuse. Then the engineers can find the key factor in water reuse via WPT that help them to design the water networkd to get the water-use minimization. WPT can be used in the reconstruction as well as the design of new set.There are lots of reports on the application of WPT in the process plants oversea. But none in the domestic. We still use the traditional technology. In the paper, I ues the WPT in two typical plant, a petrifaction plant and a refining plant, based on the research. The traditional technology is added in the second plant besides the analysis and design via WPT according to the require of plant. The paper also discuss the computer language used in WPT.
