Firstly, the general situation of the engineering involved in the layout, structural type, meteorology, hydrology, geological condition and geologic condition about Haizigou Bridge in shanxi provice have been intruduced in this thesis. The Haizigou bridge located at Houyue railway DK62+688 in Yicheng city, is a double line railway bridge, 88.5meter in heigh, 370. 32 meter in total length. The bridge was constructed by the first company , the third bureau of the Railway Ministry. The main innovation of construction technique follows as:(1) Development of new type climbing-formwork (JPM?I ), as well as corresponding technics of construction, quick speed of construction, good quality.(2) Development and application of the light-type cable-stayed hanging-cradle for railway, the hanging-cradle was applied in the construction of large span railway prestressed continous beem bridge, the quality and schedule of the construction was ensured.(3) The common detonator was firstly applied in the removing temporary concrete beering for the convert of the continous beem system, the character of the method is quickly converted speed and no damnification for engineering structure.(4) The instability problem of the columniation supporting was solved in the construction of side-span.(5) The circle-steel nip-patch anchor was applied for the thread-snap of the prestressed crude steel wire, the double facility anchor was used for deeling with the slip-wire of steel wring. The economy benefit and project-schedule were ensured by the new methodsThis paper summarised the whole construction technique of the Haizigou bridge and described the new techniques and equipments of climbing-formwork for high hollow bridge pore, suspending filling of the continuous box beem as well as the control of the construction.On the other hand, this paper presents mainly the design of cable lift, the light-type cable-stayed hanging-cradle and climbing-formwork (JPMæ¡°) for high hollow bridge pore, the technique lever is advanced in our contry.Last, the construction manage and quality control are introduced, including thequality standard, the main quality measure and safe measure of construction.
