Across the world, China is one of several countries in the rapid development of infrastructure, highway construction is the pillar industry of economic prosperity. As a mountainous country, the highway network construction in arch tunnel is a more common form of tunnel structure. Complex terrain, geological conditions, route selection, construction sequence and construction methods in the construction process is the reason arch tunnel bias. Therefore, under the condition of the terrain, the position of the tunnel can not be changed, the terrain deviation is certain, even the arch tunnel has more complex structure, and the stress of the tunnel has a great influence on the construction process.
