With the rapid development of manufacturing industry and the rapidly growing needs of the country for the aviation industry products, the issues of the upgrading of aviation products accelerating and the production cycle of new products shorting is affecting the development of the aviation industry. Aircraft pulsating assembly line balancing problem and shop staff scheduling problem gradually become one of the key research questions in the field of aviation.Based on the analysis of the aircraft pulsating assembly line balance research status in the paper, assembly line balancing problem is studied by a way of combining simulated annealing algorithm, lingo 11.0 and DELMIA simulation software. Secondly, aircraft assembly line personnel scheduling is analyzed and optimized. Finally, a numerical examples of an aircraft pulsation assembly line are analyzed and verified. Aircraft pulsating assembly main work is as follows:The model of the constraints relational is deal with reasonably in aircraft assembly line, which can cause the computer to recognize the constraint relationship between the processes. On the basis of extracting the elements in the aircraft Pulsating assembly line, aircraft pulsating assembly line model is built. The model include air-way time ratio, assembly smoothness index and assembly line completion rate three indicators, and the model of aircraft stochastic assembly line is solved by simulated annealing algorithm.The model of aircraft assembly line balancing problem is solved through lingo 11.0, and the optimal solution is given out. By comparing several groups optimization solutions, which can be obtaining by fine-tuning the optimal solution of lingo 11.0. It verify that simulated annealing have superiority to solve such problems. That many varieties of assembly line balancing problem turning into a single assembly line balancing problem species greatly enhance the use of the method. Then, workshop staff scheduling problem is analyzed, and the model of workshop staff scheduling problem is built and optimized. The personnel scheduling problem in a workstation aircraft assembly line is optimized and analyzed.At last, Modeling and Simulation is conducted by DELMIA Simulation Software, verifying utilization of workstations and workload balancing problem, contributing to understanding of the aircraft pulsation assembly line.
