Ultrasonic phased array technology is the use of a plurality ofpiezoelectric array element array transducer composed by controlling eachAn array element excitation delay and amplitude of the signal to effectfocusing and deflection of the ultrasonic beam. The use of ultra-Sound phased array technology through the phased transmitter and receiver,flexible control of the focal position, size, depth of focusAnd other parameters to achieve the mechanical structure and partsdamage-round and multi-angle probeMeasured to obtain a certain field of view with high resolution andhigh signal to noise ratio of ultrasound to image. Ultrasonic phased arraytechnology has the support of a dynamic focus, complex shape of the objectis detected, it is possible to improve the detection sensitivity,resolution and signal to noise, etc., has become a hot topic in the fieldof non-destructive testing. Ultrasonic phased array data acquisitionsystem is one of the core technology of ultrasonic phased array inspectionsystem.Need to receive each array element phased array ultrasonic testingsystem in accordance with a certain delay in the echo signal to synthesizethe ultrasound beam, so how exactly to achieve the delay is one of thekey technologies of the receiving system. The usual practice is to usethe PC to complete the analysis of delay algorithms, control lowersampling time machine~D to achieve delay, delay accuracy is limited,and low system integration, and high cost. In this paper, build afoundation for ultrasound generation hardware platform, theamplification of the echo signal filtering, to build a modular design ofphased array ultrasonic echo signal processing and data transmissionplatform based on FPGA Verilog hardware description language, and echo processing and transmission module simulation and functionalverification.
