Dynamic second-order effect on the current research results are less at home and abroad, the researches considering the material nonlinear effects of dynamic second-order effect are even more less. This paper for single degree–of- freedom system, studies the dynamic second-order nonlinear effect influencing rules caused by the material nonlinear. For it, stiffness discount reduction factor is suggested for single-particle system. In addition, in order to verify project related research achievements, related shaking table test verification needs to be done.The main works conclude:①Using the material nonlinearity method to probe into the influence law of second order effect by IDA method.②effect of dynamic second-order caused by material nonlinearity are studied Using method of folding minus rigidity.③Structure dynamic second-order effect laws Undering the code of the current bridge in high bridge pier elastic-plasticity are briefly analyzed.④Design and completed five different stability coefficient elemental point structure models,and carries on the static second-order effect experiment.Through the above work,get the following main conclusions:①Material nonlinear has a major influence to second order effect of structure materials (including structure vertex displacement and basal shear etc) through the nonlinear analysis of reinforced concrete cantilever column which can not t be ignored in the actual analysis②The change of Stiffness discount factor is obvious caused by the change of structure cycle,Stiffness discount reduction factor Slants big computing by short cycle,Stiffness discount reduction factor Slants small computing by long cycle.③the structure vertex displacement of reinforced concrete cantilever column structure designd by the code of highway bridge design details Under the action of the rarely met earthquake level ruled by the code is small,and structure bottom generally does not appear plastic hinge.④vertex force - displacement curve test results of five specimens is similar with the computing results,which verified the accuracy of the procedure.
