Under the action of wind load tall buildings will have vibration, when the vibration reaches a certain limit, the person who live in the building will feel uncomfort, such as, dizziness, nausea and so on, which will lead the habitant strain even have panic psychology. At the same time, it may reduce the quality of life and the efficiency of work. When the tall buildings are designed, we should consider the action of wind loads. We have not only control strength and deformation, but also control vibration level under the wind load, in order to avoid the personnel who live or work in the building feel uncomfort. More and more people have pay attention to comfort problem of the tall buildings wind-induced vibration. In China, comfort problem of the tall buildings wind-induced vibration is always ignored, and there are some problems need to be modified in china tall buildings comfort code.First, based on the research of scholars both at home and abroad, analyzed the influence of the tall buildings wind-induced vibration comfort factors. There are many factors: the vibration frequency and vibration intensity, duration, and vibration acceleration and wind load return period and satisfaction ratio of the people who live in the vibration building, secondary factors include: vibration environment the people live in, and the pose, age and sex, and the bearing capacity of vibration.Then, the article combined typhoon process measured acceleration data of Diwang Building, Central Plaza, Bank of China Tower Central Center, analysis the tall buildings wind-induced vibrations influencing factors, and put forward suggestions to comfort standard modification. According to the relevant provisions of ISO6897, the author suggests using tall buildings wind-induced vibration acceleration limits curve.Last, combining acceleration response measured data of Diwang Building in typhoon Sally process with tall buildings wind-induced vibration acceleration limit curve which is put forward in this paper, discuss Diwang Building wind-induced vibration of comfort.
