Along with the global economy development, the energy shortage and enironmental pollution problem is increasingly serious, people attach much more importance to natural resources. Solar energy as the renewable energy of nature, has no pollution, sustainable utilization etc, using solar energy conversion into electricity provided to ac load use become one important topic. This paper designs a 600W photovoltaic inverter scheme, gives its circuit structure and sample debugging.Firstly, this paper briefly narrates the pv inverter power supply the structure features and development status and prospects of its application prospect.Secondly, this paper expounds the pv inverter principle, comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of several common resonant circuit and inverter circuit topology, finally chooses mosfet circuits with pressor main circuit, and the whole bridge circuit as the inverter main circuit circuit topology.This paper analyzes the circuit parameters, and the specific design an important part process, focusing on high-frequency transformer design,which is a key part of DC-DC pressor circuit. modifys the parameters of transformer In practical application acc ording to measured data, And points out the key factors and solution of the process in transformers manufacture which affects the performance index. The push-pull pressor circuits use controller SG3525 to design PWM driving circuit ,Producing 28KHz of square wave to drive mosfet RU190N80, and joins the switch circuit, guaranting the two circuits can be independently and safely when under debugging .In the full-bridge inverter circuits, using a new kind of SPWM control scheme, and the main control chip for TDS2285. Rationally analysis and design the periphery circuit of TDS2285 controller Including power supply detection circuit,voltage stabilization circuit, protection of circuit and alarm circuit, etc. Produces SPWM wave which can meet the requirements. Through TLP250 light-coupler chip drive MOSFET IRF460 and join the dead time compensation, effectively reduces the , dead time of inverter output voltage harmonic component influence in high frequency occasions.SPWM wave finally passes filter circuit output pure sine wave.Finally this paper designs PCB layout of all part of the circuits. builting experimental platform by welding and installation After commissioning improvement, completed a inverter of 600W 220V/50Hz ac. Through load and no-load test with comparative analysis,the method of inverter system used is proved feasibility and stability, achieveing the desired design indexes.
