With the rapid development of economy, the basic scale of construction and the construction activities is increasing more frequent. At the same time, the negative effects bring by the construction is more and more aroused people's great attention. Due to the particularity of construction production which is not new problems, makes this issue has not been effectively controlled now. Safety production accidents, brings great damage to people's life-threatening and state property.Put the safety risk of construction stage as research object, and based on accident-causing theory and ergonomics theory, safety risk factors of construction project is identified from personnel, mechanical equipment, materials, environment, technology and management six factors. On this basis, superior performance of support vector machine in predicting system is used to deal with the uncertainty risk factor in the construction projects, and then combines with ant colony algorithm to build the ant colony- support vector machine model. In order to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the model, the predicted result is compared with cross-validation that optimized support vector machine parameters. At last, Lin Yi newspaper news building project is used to verify the practical application effect of the model.
