With the leapfrog development of high-speed railway technology, our high-speed rail vehicle technology has reached the international advanced level, and is being developed to a higher goal. With a wide range of high-speed train in operation, the current speed of trains in operation is 200km/h-300km/h, and are to 420km/h or higher speed ahead, the current test speed has reached 487.3km/h.Under such rapid development of high-speed train, the exercise of the security and reliability is essential. Therefore, the high-speed rail trains need their own adequate equipments quality to be assurance; these guarantees require the appropriate detection equipments. However, the present context is the rapid development of high-speed rail, but its lack of testing equipment of quality assurance, especially the lack of dynamic testing equipment of high-speed train operation simulation, which resulting in the quality of the equipment of the current vehicles has not yet reached the effective protection.The contents of this paper is a dynamic positioning system test which required for high-speed rail trains is the part of project, " Test bench of bogie Parameter Determination". In the course of the bogie dynamic simulation tests, Combined Displacement parameters, load parameters and stress in all directions of bogie test with Horizontal and vertical force and displacements should be completed., in a simulated body to be tested under the completion of the bogie in the horizontal and vertical effects Force and displacement; in the real state of the body should be completed in primary suspension of longitudinal determination of the bogie, lateral stiffness, secondary suspension longitudinal and transverse stiffness, all these tests are required to positioning the bogie frame or other parts effectively.In this paper, the structure and device for positioning system was researched and development. Because of the current few research of the test benches about the bogie comprehensive stiffness test at home and abroad, and according to the tested parameters and the achievement of the amounts of different functions, and the research or introduction for method of bogie positioning and presentation. The method of bogie positioning is an important part of the test benches of the bogie stiffness parameters, whether the success of the test, and the reliability of the test results, are closely related to the design of the positioning structure and method, production, installation and use levels.The study contents of this paper is an important part of comprehensive test benches of bogie suspension stiffness parameters, according to the test functional requirements of the benches, based on analyzing the affections of the bogie stiffness parameters to the train operating conditions, Though the research and analysis to the structural principle of the positioning system, focusing on the structural principle of systems and devices of the test stand positioning system in vertical and horizontal direction. Using Solid Works drawing software, established the three contrast program of positioning system in vertical and horizontal directions, which is a part of bogie suspension stiffness parameters test benches. On this basis, the application of the theory of VAGUE and the decision method of the GRAY theory, according to the corresponding index evaluation system, to make comprehensive evaluation towards the three established positioning programs, to determined the best one. After finished the choice of the best program, used the Finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to stiffness analysis and modal analysis towards the structure of this program, Done this can optimized the structure of the positioning system program. Through analysis the natural frequency and the vibration mode of the various components, which can make this program accurate achieve positioning function effectively during the test course of the test bench, to avoid their own inadequate or the natural frequency of the program structure with the excitation frequency in the same number, which lead to the test-bed structure resonance and made the testing process failure.In summary, this paper study and completion a positioning device of bogie parameter test bench in vertical and horizontal directions, During the bogie stiffness testing, in order to meet the positioning requirement in vertical and horizontal directions, thus which can provide the necessary structural protection for the smooth and accurate testing of the bogie suspension stiffness parameters.
