The Light Truck WL2810PD-30 made by WUZHENG Group, cab produced vibration distinctly when engine idle and at the speed of 40km/h. It caused complains and dissatisfied due to the sensitivity that the vibration happened during the common vehicle velocities. All of this brings about bad effects over the production and sale. In order to solve this problem, myself participation plan and have carried out thoroughly systematic, the comprehensive topic research. In this vehicle type when assorted items natural frequency and engine idling regime transmits in cab's excitation frequency to be close, forms resonating. Because parts and so on measuring appliance, steering wheel are general with other vehicle types, therefore makes the adjustment not suitably to it. Therefore, reorganizes the plan definite adjustment connection drive source is the engine to cab's damping element. Adjusts through the control damping element to the vibration oscillation amplitude and the frequency attenuation range transmits the cab internal excited frequency, avoids forming resonating. Determined finally improves vehicles' smoothness through the improvement automobile body suspension.Taking WL2810PD-30 full-vehicle as study object , models of body and frame were build by Hypermesh soft.In those models ,mode orders of body and frame can be calculated and the full-vehicle vibration formats can be analyzed,which provided theory foundation for structure optimization.Cutting off the vibration of the suspension,good suspension parameters were picked out among several diffrent vibration transferpercent. Then the final project was made,thus,the plan ,structure design and the distributing of load of body_assembly were worked out.After finished the plan ,the cab_assembly in static state was validated,making sure the modified body_assemble could meet the require of the design. At last,a compared test was made, compared with the prime body_assembly that was not optimized ,the optimized one was better than the prime one in cutting off the vibration and descenting noise.The design of this body_assembly can satisfy the require of use,which was proved by test.
