Rock-soil anchoring is one important part of geotechnical engineering category, and if can be used into geotechnical engineering, it can more sufficiently utilize and enhance its strength and self-balance, and hence reduce the weight and volume of targeted structures saving a lot of engineering materials and being helpful to the construction safety. Accordingly, anchoring techniques was listed one of the most effective and economical ways to enhance the geotechnical engineering stability and solve relatively complex geotechnical engineering problems.With the increasingly outstanding position of anchor in engineering construction, the anchor itself, the anchor head, the bearing-stress device and the surrounding soil of the anchor have been affected during the construction, and the caused prestress loss has been a long time problem. The prestress loss not only affects the construction effect of anchor for unable to perform its advantage of exerting active support, the gradual increase of the prestress loss will cause Anchor's failure, by which the lateral displacement breaking out in surrounding soil is likely to cause engineering accident such as foundation pit collapse. Therefore, deep analysis on the mechanism and rules of anchor prestress loss and effective countermeasures are crucial part of the anchor utilization.This paper centralizes the soil anchor construction of certain project in Beijing, based on the two groups of self-designed anchor simulation experiments, to sum up influencing factors of soil anchor stress changes. According to previous conclusions and theoretical reasoning, this paper will induce the construction technology of improved anchor dealing with anchor stress losses. And then it will introduce the ways and methods of recognition and operation of anchor protection, anchor stress monitoring, and anchor displacement monitoring to achieve the first-hand materials through monitoring. The monitoring result will be compared with the previous conclusions to recognize the process of stress changes.This paper starts from the research on anchor stress losses, seeks for theory evidence, collects large amounts of data combining with the engineering practice, then makes simulation analysis on key issues through field experiment, and induces the variation rules of soil pre-stress anchor stress, and compares with the previous conclusion to get the effective measures to control the anchor stress losses. The rules of anchor stress losses are concluded in the paper. Also the comparing method of anchor simulation experiment is established and analyses the stress variation curve of both saturated loess and mucky powder soil. As a result, groundwater is the most important problem on soil anchor stress losses.
