Concrete gravity dam construction is a very complicated stochastic dynamic process. It has the following characteristics:long construction period, sensitive to external environment, difficult machine placement and so on. At the same time, we have to consider the effect of the natural environment, architecture model, construction technology, the pouring machines, and the requirements of emitting power and preserving dam. So how to choose one relative optimal schema in numerous construction plans to balance and realize the goal of various targets has become the key concern to the construction units.Based on the understanding of concrete gravity dam construction process, familiar with simulation, the fuzzy evaluation theory and the basic weighting methods, we have made a deep study of construction schemas. Main jobs and achievements were:Index system of concrete gravity dam construction was established. Concrete gravity dam construction is a multifaceted, complicated system. This paper analyzed deeply the composition of each construction schema, built a comprehensive index system, and formalized each index included in the index system; Calculated the weight of indexes included in the index system. Based on the subjective and objective weighting methods, we took a comprehensive weighting method to give each index a weight with the theory of Kendall and Spearman coefficient; The multi-objective evaluation model was constructed. Combined the value of index with the corresponding weight, we constructed a comprehensive evaluation model; With the fuzzy evaluation theory, we have measured the construction steady numbers, the probability of the construction completion, and the ratio of each simulated schema. At the end of this paper, we applied the above methods to implement computer simulation for the Feng Man hydropower dam and gave the analysis and evaluation to the result.
