With the rapid construction of photovoltatic industry in world, the solar photovoltatic technology is gradually developing into alternative energy from added energy. Because of the number and the size of solar cell production lines expanding, PV market entry barriers improved. Low-cost and efficiency of solar cell become the trend of photovoltatic technology development. Traditional process has been difficult to meet the market demand, but the selective emitter solar cell can improve 0.5% conversion efficiency with low-cost. It has become the battery industries' focus. There are many methods to produce selective emitter solar cell, but screen printing phosphate method can be realized the best.In this method selective diffusion process as core technology is very important.To arrive practical selective diffusion process parameters, the experimental process completed in the battery line, and process is divided into two stages. Explore the process parameters of the non-electrode area, respectively, and the electrode area influence the process section. Draw the most reasonable process parameters for non-electrode area and electrode area. Integrate the two diffusion stages and find the best match point of two paragraphs. At last draw the practical process parameters of selective diffusion.Finally, we obtained battery using screen printing phosphorus selective diffusion method based on this best diffusion process. Photovoltaic results show an improvement in efficiency of 0.5% in comparison with the reference cell. These solar short wave spectral responses are better, and minority carrier lifetimes are much higher than reference cell. At last, an example is given to prove this method is Practical. This method is suitable for large-scale production in the enterprises of solar cells.
