| This paper study the influence of different conditions to the flotability of stibnite, gold(pyrite) and arsenopyrite in the flotation system. A new flotation process flowsheet is brought up that arsenopyrite is depressed, when roughing, mixed flotation stibnite and gold(pyrite) and mixed roughing concentrate is regrinded, then stibnite and gold(pyrite) are separated on basis of the mineralogy processing research of the ore.The ore is sorts of vulcanizing mining composeing of arsenopyrite, gold and stibnite. It composes of kinds of mentals vulcanizing minerals and is complicated for composition and conformation of the ore. It is main rough size for stibnite, gold, rsenopyrite, pyrite has rough and fine size; a few gold is between mental vulcanizing minerals and quartz.The test study indicate that the flotaility of stibnite is better in weakly acidic medium, it is worse in neutral medium, it is difficult flotaility in alkalescent medium, it is defined three districts for active actiont of iterationmental ion to stibnite: stibnite that needn't be actived with iterationmental ion has better flotability when pH<5, it is different for active actiont of different iterationmental ion to stibnite has different when 5< pH≤9, plumbi nitras > bluestone > green copperas > iron chloride > , it is very difficult for active actiont of iteration mental ion to stibnite when pH>9, FAD is better than sodium sulfite, sodium hyposulfite, quebracho, bleaching powde for depressanting arsenopyrite.The test result of no-regringed cleaning times of roughing concentrate indicate that concentrate cleaning four times grate reach to 25.95%, there is 43% monomer of stibnite in antimony concentrate.other is intergrowths among stibnite, pyrite and gangue.The test study show that it is suitable for the new flowsheet of pyrite(gold) and stibnite mixed flotation, depressanting rsenopyrite in roughing, mixed concentrate regrinded, then pyrite and and stibnite separated in cleaning to character of the ore. Closed circuit experiment can obtain antimony concentrate with antimony grate is 56.10%, gold grate is 53.25g/t, arsenic grate is 0.16%, antimony recovery is 86.68%, gold recovery is 38.64%; gold concentrate with gold grate is 85.20g/t, arsenic grate is 0.23%, gold recovery is 52.40%。Mechanism study show that the main adsorption of Cu2+ displays volume adsorption, the adsorption of Pb2+ displays exterior adsorption. FAD displays very marked selective depressing action in the alkalescent medium, FAD depresses arsenopyrite and doesn't depress stibnite.
