Surface active agent owns special molecule structure and kinds of particular characteristic,in recent years, which has been used more and more popular. The research content ranges from original synthesis, structure to interface action, congeries action, synergistic effect and application and so on.The paper research starts from compounding surface active agent,using glycol, epoxy chloropropane as the main raw material,to compounding negative ion sulphate surface active agent.In the process of the synthesis, we obtain the activation site of the midbody diol,which lies in bond among hydrophilic group, hydrophobic group and connection radical,which can be used for next sulfating and neutralization reactions. Sulfating reaction is nucleophilic substitution reaction, neutralization reactions is Acid-Bases neutralization reaction, in the experiment we choose chlorosulfonic acid and midbody diol to react with each other, after which we use sodium hydroxide to neutralize, and in the end we obtain the final product polyethoxy alkylamine surfactant. To its constituent research we choose chromatogram and mass spectrum coupling technique to purify product and represent structure. We do gas chromatography to the products which generated in the process of the ring cleavage reaction,using external reference method to determine the raw material in the reaction liquid and contents in the products, controlling reaction process and determine optimum reaction condition by it, making reaction products optimization.In the experiment we choose thin-layer chromatography and column chromatography to combine, separating the single product from the reaction process, we can observe the separation effects by appropriate color development and determine dical of the material according to characteristic dical of the infra-red spectrum..In the paper we survey the function of the surface active agent,including surveying surface tension, foamy tension, wetting power, detergency, emulsifying power, dispersancy and stability in the hardwater. Through thermogravimetric analysis,we obtain lots of characteristic parameter of the surface active agent. The determination and characteristic parameter can be used for analyzing deinking effects and mechanism of the surface active agent.Surface active agent is applied for delinking waste paper,the experiment methods mainly are washing method and froth floatation. washing method is a hydrodynamic separation process, we filter the suspension of pulp by screen stencil,the oil drop which is carried by water is got rid of. Froth floatation separate ink particle that owns hydrophobic nature from fibered pulp that owns hydrophilicity,the experiment results imply that froth floatation is better than washing method.The affects of the delinking are evaluated by white content, brilliant green and remaining printing ink. In the experiment we also do some research into the synthesis of the midbody BADGE, and determine the effects of the synthesis of the dosage of the catalyst, reaction time, temperature and the dosage of the water. We determine the optimum reaction condition is that the dosage of the catalyst is 0.8mol,reaction time is 2.5h,temperation is 60oc.In the same time we also investigate the influence of kinds of the catalyst on the reaction productive rate,the results imply that the rate of the midbody is lower than sodium hydroxide when employing potassium hydroxide as catalyst,which states that in certain condition the photocatalytic abilities of potassium hydroxide is lower than sodium hydroxide.The experiment of the synthesis of the midbody diol,we also investigate the influence of the dosage of catalyst,reaction time, temperature and the dosage of the water on the effects of the synthesis, the results determine the optimum condition is the dosage of the catalyst is 0.2mol,temperature is 80oc, thermostatic reaction time is 5h.In the same time we also investigate the influence of the dosage of the catalyst on the reaction rate, the results imply the effects of the catalyzing of glycol ether is better than that of potassium,the reason for that is the other conditions in the experiment is optimized by glycol ether. The experiment of the synthesis of polyethoxy alkylamine surfactant is mainly to determine influencing factor of the sulfating reaction,mainly including temperature, time and the kinds of the curing ingredient,determining the optimum the dosage of the curing ingredient is 2mol.temperature is 20oc,reaction time is 3h.In the experiment of the kinds of the curing ingredient,we mainly investigate chlorosulfonic acid, oil of vitriol, oleum,the results imply that each curing ingredient owns his special relative merits,when applying we should choose according to the actual condition. In the neutralization reaction, we choose caustic soda solution with the rate of 15%, and the reaction temperature is 20oc, time is 3h.In the paper we compare the effects of single surface active agent with that of the combined systems, in the experiment we find that when some types of surface active agent being blended, we can make the effects of the chemical or pharmaceutical preparation and prescripton better and better, which explains that there are compatibility and synergistic effect among all manner of surface active agents.in the experiment of deinking technologcial conditions,we mainly investigate the influence of the rate and dosage of the deinking agents, the dosage of the sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate, oxyful,EDTA,temperature,time on the deinking effects. When choosing surface active agents polyethoxy alkylamine surfactant and nonionic surfactant AEO to combine with each other, being regarded as the main ingredients of the deinking agent, we find that the optimum condition is mixture ratio is 1.5:1,the dosage of the deinking agent is 0.3%,the dosage of sodium hydroxide is 1%, the dosage of sodium silicate is 2%,the dosage of the oxyful is 1%,the, dosage of EDTA is 0.2%,temperature is 50oc,time is 30min.
