Now,steam injection thermal recovery is essential method of heavy oil exploitation technology,because of density discrepancy of heavy oil and steam,it often occur phenomenon of steam gravity overlap,and cause steam conformance efficiency decrease, displacement efficiency and recovery ratio alse decline. In view of these problems,domestic and foreign scholars advances heavy oil steam injection Catalytic Cracking visbreaking in oil layer technology,this technology can have heavy oil to visbreaking permanently, upgrading heavy oil.But,this technology can not adapt to superheavy oil development. Chief reason is not full mixer between catalyst and heteroatoms of colloid asphaltenes in superheavy oil.This paper join in low-frequency wave,enhance commixture between heavy oil and catalyst, boost catalyst'efficiency,and low-frequency wave also have bound visbreaking action,enhanced heave oil'viscosity reduction rate.This paper chief manifestation new pattern catalyst experimental study and evaluate visbreaking effectiveness,and evolve field experiment.First choose representative Shengli heavy oil, analyse heavy oil physicochemical property, to paper for catalytic pyrolysis visbreaking research in multiple wave condition. Project team triturated new pattern multiple reactive low temperature low pressure aquathermolysis catalyst,and evaluate interior visbreaking effect, result is that reaction conditions of 200℃, 24h, 0.3% of catalyst, 30% of water and 7~8 of pH is best, viscosity reduction rate be more than 80%,but to superheavy oil, single catalyst inaccessible ideal visbreaking effect, hence this paper will introduce low-frequency wave to heavy oil catalytic cracking,increase mixture between superheavy oil and catalyst,thus Normal.dotcatalyst will display action betterly.Through NMR,GC,IR spectroscopy analysis,in heavy oil colloid and asphaltenes decrease, parrffin hydrocarbons and cycloalkane increase, heteroatoms content decrease, catalysis effect advance obviously, judging from this, dual-frequency wave have better subsidiary action.And proceed field experiment, visbreaking rate is more than 85%, display well effect.
