Algal blooms are abnormal ecological phenomenon with explosive proliferation o phytoplankton caused by the change of water environment. Algal blooms not only destroy the normal ecological system of water, but also do harm to human health due t(?) the production of cyanobacteria toxin. Based on providing technical support for the forecasting of the breakout of algal blooms in the source of the drinking water, furthe research was taken in this paper to study on the outbreak mechanism of algal blooms t(?) find the key control factors in the rapid proliferation of Phytoplankton. The weights o each influencing factor were figured out and proper prediction models were establishe(?) to predict the time, range and extend of the outbreak of algal blooms precisely, so tha the water plants can take coping measures to reduce the harm that eutrophication caused.This paper categorized the problem of algal biomass prediction as a multipl(?) factor-influenced problem, making a special effort to research on the quantification o the influencing factors to algal biomass. Multiple regression method and SPSS 17.0,(?) kind of analysis software, were used to establish reliable prediction models including Macronutrients concentration—Algal biomass Model and Micronutrient: concentration—Algal biomass Model. Through curve fitting of measured value ane calculated value and comparing the coefficient of determination, F value and relative error Optimal Models were figured out. And according to the calculated standardized coefficients of the regress equation and the results of pretests the accuracy of the models was verified.On the basis of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and standardized regress equation the weights of each influencing nutrient element, including macronutrients and micronutrients, were calculated. The weights are showed as follows:the weights of TN and TP are 0.244, the weight of NO3-N is 0.172, the weight of NO2-N is 0.057, the weight of NH4-N is 0.115, the weight of Fe is 0.042, the weight of Mn is 0.021 and the weight of Zn is 0.104. Based on that conclusion the sequence of the influencing nutrien element weights was as follows:TN(TP)>NO3-N>NH4-N>Zn>NO2-N>Fe>Mn.According to Macronutrients concentration—Algal biomass Model and Micronutrients concentration—Algal biomass Model the timeliness and the severity o(?) the breakout of algal blooms can be predicted at a certain precise degree.
