Macroporous resin prepared in this experiment took cellulose as the skeleton, adipoyl chloride as the crosslinking agent, and solution mixed with pyridine and 1,4-dioxane at certain proportion as the composite oxidant. Porogen, solution mixed with cyclohexane and paraffin at certain proportion, was added into the homogeneous cellulose solution, forming the porous skeleton through crosslinking and polymerization. Poor dissolving capacity of cellulose during synthesis of macroporous resin caused failure in reaction, and specific process to prepare homogeneous cellulose solution was found based repeated experiments, i.e. preparation of alkali cellulose-etherification of alkali cellulose-preparation of homogeneous cellulose solution. In this experiment, adipoyl chloride was prepared and proved through color reaction. FTIR was adopted to provide perssad characterization of the macroporous resin synthetized, with peak occurring at 3400 cm-1 and 1733.79 cm-1 shown in the spectrum. Peak at 3400 cm-1 indicated incomplete reaction of hydroxyl in cellulose, and that at 1733.79 cm-1 indicated esterification between adipoyl chloride and cellulose. Scanning electron microscope was adopted to provide pore size characterization of the prepared macroporous resin, with heterogeneous distribution of multi-layer pores shown, which suggested that the porogen worked in the reaction. Specific surface area analyzer was adopted to provide characterization of the prepared macroporous resin, obtaining a series of data concerning specific surface area, pore size, pore structure, BJH, T-plot, and isothermal adsorption, etc., on which basis structural parameters of the macroporous celluosic resin synthetized could be determined. Meanwhile, taking rutoside as the adsorbate, adsorption property of the macroporous resin synthetized to flavonoidglycoside, as well as effect of different dissolvent on adsorption property of such resin, was also studied, and the data obtained show rutoside adsorption compliant with Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation.
