Only a few residues of veterinary antibiotics in animals, which forming antibiotic residues in food of animal contamination, but most with the feces, forming the antibiotic residues in animal waste pollution. Especially when the animal waste as organic fertilizer for agricultural production directly, it may cause soil antibiotics, in addition to antibiotics and their metabolites in the soil environment is stable, biodegradable and soluble in water, easy to enrichment plants, will further endanger the safety of agricultural products. For this reason, this thesis makes a preliminary study on pollution characteristics of typical antibiotics from representative vegetable of Huizhou in s Irrigation water-Soil-Vegetable. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Improved determination of Single-class matrix of quinolones (QNs), tetracyclines (TCs), sulfonamides (SAs) and macrolides (MALs) antibiotics by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) analysis and simultaneous determination of more analysis of antibiotics in soil and vegetables by HPLC-MS/MS.In Soil SAs, QNs, TCs and MALs antibiotics spiked (50μg/kg) recoveries were 73~110%,71~90%,68~94% and 103~113%, the corresponding detection limits were 0.002~0.05μg/kg,0.004~0.011μg/kg,0.02~0.033μg/kg and 0.011~2.941μg/kg. In fresh vegetables SAs, QNs, TCs and MALs antibiotics spiked (50μg/kg) recoveries were 50~75%,51~96%,44~79% and 75~110%, the corresponding detection limits were 0.005~0.167μg/kg,0.006~0.009μg/kg,0.003~0.006μg/kg and 0.167~1.194μg/kg.(2) Application of the above analysis, Preliminary identification of the different vegetable base in Huizhou city of irrigation water-soil-vegetable content of 20 antibiotics in concentration levels, spatial distribution and pollution characteristics. In irrigation water, average levels of Class 4 antibiotics order were QNs (108.65 ng/L g)> TCs(27.14 ng/L)>MALs (16.66ng/Lg)> SAs (12.66 ng/L), respectively, based Norfloxacin (81.53 ng/L), Oxytetracycline (21.54 ng/L),Spiramycin (39.37 ng/L) and Erythromycin (39.33 ng/L), Sulfamethazine (22.92 ng/L); In soil, average levels of Class 4 antibiotics order were QNs (50.06μg/kg)> SAs (15.49μg/kg)> TCs (13.87/μg/kg)> MALs (1.85μg/kg, based Norfloxacin (18.45μg/kg), Chlortetracycline (4.74μg/kg), Sulfamethazine (13.92μg/kg) and Spiramycin (2.07μg/kg); In fresh vegetables, average levels of Class 4 antibiotics order were QNs (9.55μg/kg)> MALs (5.47μg/kg)> SAs (3.81μg/kg)> TCs (1.2μg/kg), based Lomefloxacin (6.22μg/kg) Tylosin (2.81μg/kg) Sulfamethazine (0.11μg/kg) Enrofloxacin (0.87μg/kg)(3) Vegetables for the Huizhou City in SAs, QNs, TCs and MALs antibiotics health risk assessment, We can see the vegetables with the exception of the ADI value than expected, most of the antibiotics content of vegetable samples did not meet or exceed the estimated amount of virulence, with less risk to human health. However, some very low concentrations of pollutants in long-term exposure and co-produced under the will of biological hazards, when the body is the long-term intake of low concentrations of antibiotics, which caused the health risks can not be ignored.
