Global warming is the great environmental problems that human have to solve in the 21st century. Carbon dioxide is regarded as the most significant greenhouse gas and has attracted worldwide attention. Greenhouse gases CO2 capture have been one of hot spots of chemical reasearch. At present, commercially utilised technologies for CO2 adsorption is organic solvent in low temperature, shown to have many disadvantages such as easy volatilization, high energy expenditure, deep-etching for facilities and so on. Therefore, from the view of environmental protection and energy saving, in this paper, three kinds of sorbents in low temperature have been synthesized. They are novel task-specific ionic liquid, polyether amine(PEA) and Schiff base.Task-specific ionic liquid 1-methyl,3-ehylamino imidazole succimide [eamim][succ] have been synthesized, which is composed of cation inclulding functional group-(CH2)NH2 and Lewis basic anion. It has been characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR and its composition and structure have been confirmed. Its glass transition temperature, conductivity, electrochemical window, thermal stability, viscosity and solubility have been investigated. The results show that its glass transition temperature is much lower(from-57.81℃to-50.18℃),the decompose temperature is 210℃, the conductivities vary from 0.022 to 5.0mS/cm, the stable electrochemical window is around 2.0V, the viscosity ranges from 18.21cP to 421.79cP and the solubility is excellent in polar solvents. Its absorption capacity for CO2 was determined in different temperature, gas rate, moisture and mass of IL loaded in SBA-15, respectively. The rata indicate that ionic liquid exhibited higher absorption capacity to CO2 and excellent recycle.PEA,2-(2-amido ethylamino)-ethanol and Schiff base have been synthesized by simple methods. Their structures and compositions were confirmed by the characterization of FT-IR and UV. Meanwhile, the viscosities of them were determined, are below 100cP (25℃) except PEA, decompose temperatures of PEA and 2-(2-amido ethylamino)-ethanol are respectively 300 and 250℃and excellent in polar solvents. Their adsorptive for CO2 was determined in different temperature, gas rate and moisture, respectively. The rata indicate that most of them exhibited higher absorption capacity to CO2, and recycle of PEA is better than Schiff base. Further more, PEA mixed with triethanolamine and ethylene glycol respectively. Polyamines and ketones were mixed. Some beneficial results have been obtained by kinds of mixture for CO2 capture.
