Post-Evaluation Of Environmental Impact For Baoding Power Plant

This thesis formulated the relatively perfect index system about post-evaluation of environmental impact in the instruction project through detailed analysis the current situation of the post-evaluation of construction projects and the post-evaluation of environmental impact of domestic and international, in connection with the important significance in the post-evaluation of environmental impact. This thesis take Baoding thermal expansion project as the main research object, combined with the principle and characteristic of comprehensive evaluation, analysis this system from two aspects of the social economy environment influence and natural environmental influencing, and it has important academic value and practical significance.Combining with the actual situation of the eighth Expansion Project of Baoding Thermal Power Plant, this thesis has carried out thorough analysis and study on the post-project analysis of environmental impact of this project. Considering the characteristics of the instance, this thesis has come up with the content of the post-project analysis, including the social environment impact assessment, economic environmental impact assessment, and natural environment impact assessment. it has established and improved the evaluation index system for the environmental impact of the thermal expansion project, then built the evaluation model based on gray cluster for the natural environment impact assessment and DEA evaluation model for socio-economic effect impact assessment. Besides, compare the situation of the eighth Expansion Project of Baoding Thermal Power Plant with that of the similar domestic units. Finally, summarize the shortcomings and the experience from the Expansion Project of Baoding Thermal Power Plant, which is worth learning. And put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement.The establishment of post-project analysis of environmental impact and the application of the comprehensive evaluation method in Baoding Thermal Power Plant's Expansion Project provide scientific method for the whole system of post-project analysis of environmental impact of Thermal Power Plant. It provides implementation basis for the new power in future, also provides a theoretical basis and reference standards for the environmental impact assessment of the similar units.
