Because of chemical dangerous with flammable,explosive,poison corrosive,radioactive properties, chemical the safe transport of dangerous chemical has been a road transport management focus on the target. With rapid social development and deep market economy, demand of dangerous goods are increased gradually, and demand of transportation quality and transportation safety are stressed. Therefore, it's very meaningful to apply advanced transportation management technique to guarantee safe of vehicles and dangerous goods.According to the research condition of hazardous freight road transportation management national and international, the text analyzes the present condition of hazardous freight road transportation in our country and improves the necessity of the establishment of our country's road hazardous freight transportation management information system. The text carried on systematical analysis on development situation, applied background, principle characteristic of key techniques GPS/GPRS/RFID/GIS relevant theory knowledge. Based on foundation, the framework of the waterway transportation of dangerous goods safety management information system was constructed. This paper established the system's physics framing and logic framing, and decomposed the system to some modules to implement its integrated function and devised in detail.In the system software development, by using the development language Visual C++ and the database technology Microsoft Access, the paper is applied in detail software design of in kinds of structures. It realized function of database search,adding,revising,deleting and database maintenance, and dangerous goods dynamic state supervision is realized preliminary. The system development has strong pertinence and feasibility. On the basis of accomplishment of software preliminary design, system is applied and tested, and the paper put forward some improved suggestion, and develops and perfects the information software of dangerous goods route transportation safe automatic management information system. Finally, according to safe risk analyze, the paper research routing arithmetic of dangerous goods road transportation route optimization, and raise the minimum risk model. Through the analysis of arithmetic example, the practicability of arithmetic and feasibility are proved.
