This article studies the preparation and application of the nanometer poly aluminum ferric silicate-sulfate complex flocculant (Nano-PSAFS) by combining skills of poly aluminum ferric silicate-sulfate and Nanotechnology which based on Inorganic polymer flocculants。Then we take sewage treatment test to landscape water, Ba River water and printing and dyeing waste water with Nano-PSAFS.During the experiment, we take the solution prepared in different proportions which including poly silicate, aluminum sulfate and ferric sulfate in the thermostat on the mixing, heating and conditioning to a predetermined degree of hydrolysis; At the same time, putting Surfactant sodium stearate in there, treating them in 40KHz ultrasonic after a certain time, stop stirring, get them cooling for a while,the Nano Polysilic ferric coagulant comes out.The optimum hydraulic condition gets:rapid stirring speed 300r/min, and stirring time was 2min; slow stirring speed was 60r/min, stirring time was 5min; we further study the impact of Nano-PSAFS flocculation including flocculant dosage, pH value, water temperature, turbidity of water samples and the time of settlement.In order to discuss the actual wastewater disposal ability of Nano-PSAFS with the contrast to PSAFS and PAC, it was applied in the campus landscape water, the Bahe river water, in printing waste water processing, which effect surpasses PSAFS, PAC:(1) to apply in campus landscape lake water processing,it has good eliminates the muddy effect as wellas certain elimination effect to COD and SS; (2) applies in the Bahe river water treatment, it not only has favorable muddy effect, but also the COD elimination rate may achieve 75.18% when a dose of medicine quantity reaches 40mg/L;however, it is not obvious to the ammonia nitrogen elimination effect; (3) applies in the printing wastewater disposal, the Nano-PSAFS has achieved the best processing effect with flocculant in pH=7and a dose of medicine quantity about 220mg/L, the COD elimination rate is 95.68% and the chromaticity elimination rate achieves 93.4%. Overall, the effect of Nano-PSAFS flocculation processing must surpass the common inorganic high polymer flocculant,it has the very big development potential and the application value.
