Study On The Disposal Approach Of Sewage Sludge And Municipal Solid Waste,as Well As Livestock And Poultry Excrement In Chongqing City

Sewage sludge and municipal solid waste (municipal solid waste, referred to MSW), livestock and poultry excrement are important pollution in urban living environment.With the rapid development of world economy, improvement of people's living standard, progress of scientific and technological , the rapid growth of urban population ,the output of the sewage sludge and MSW, livestock and poultry excrement seriously increase that the sanitation and health of the urban residences are influenced severely.With years of research and practice, people have put forward many of sewage sludge, MSW, livestock and poultry excrement utilization technology. And many resources processing technologies has been applied to production practice and get good effect, however, whether there are few researches on the three or two in them could be common allocated and managed, access to the most optimal use of renewable resources. At present there are some experimental studies about the mixed sewage sludge and MSW incineration and composting, and waste and livestock and poultry excrement compost mixed, in Shanghai there are good examples of integrated treatment on MSW and sewage sludge, Considering the facts that the sewage sludge, MSW, livestock and poultry excrement disposal can maximize the recovery of the available resources,consistent with sustainable development.This paper has mainly analyzed the domestic research on sewage sludge, MSW, livestock and poultry excrement in home and abroad, predict the production of sewage sludge and MSW, livestock and poultry excrement in Chongqing, and measured and analyzed the characteristics of them,then obtained sewage sludge and MSW, livestock and poultry excrement same-sex and opposite sex, as well as the feasibility of the three common configurations. And analyzed products demand of utilization of the Chongqing municipal sewage sludge and MSW, livestock and poultry excrement. Moreover ,this paper researched and analyzed the current disposal situation and the corresponding policies about sewage sludge and MSW, as well as livestock and poultry excrement in Chongqing city,and put forward the technical routes, technical programs of disposal. Finally,researched the management system status of sewage sludge and MSW, livestock and poultry excrement, and summarized problems, ,put forward the management approach of their resource utilization. The study provided for the resources utilization and management approach of sewage sludge and MSW, livestock and poultry excrement a technical support, and supplied related planning and management for the municipal and environmental industries as a reference.
