Wetlnad resource is very abundant in InnerMongolia high plateua. Wulinagshuai Lake is a representative adlittoral herbage type lake of arid region on InnerMongolia plateua.It is an important basis of molding moistuer,water storage, and water diversion in the up-river and middle-river reach of the Yellow River;It is one of infreuqent large scaled herbage typed lake with lots of functions such as biological diversity, and enviorental portection in half desert and desert region all overhteworld;And it is the largest natural wetland on the sanme latitude;It is the first wetland demonstrate engineering in our country which has been listed in to the Asia Wetland Convention organization.At present,the ecosystem of Wuliangsuhai Lake is damaged seriously.The damage mainly appears as: the increasing contents of nurtitive substances in the lake causes more serious eutrophication: the bulrush and submergent plants over spread in the lake:the marsh in lakeshore is dyring,and the salinization of the meadow in lakeshore is aggravating; the lake becomes more and more shallow in depht: there is intense filling of dead organisms in lake bottom; the lake is swamping fast:all the afetors mentioned baove:increasingly worsened the ecological environment of the lake.By setting up attribute recogintion model to assess the water quality of Wuliangsuhai Lake wetland. Divide the Wuliangsuhai Lake to apart,and research on every area.Appraise the water quality on every area of Wuliangsuhai Lake in May August and October of 2006 and 2008.Compare the resulet of the water quaility assessment, analyse the difference of different season and the reason.Finally,we find the water quaility in 2008 is better than 2006.We find the high content of COD and TN is the key factor what detergent the water quaility of Wuliangsuhai Lake.By building the grey relational grade model,Figure out the grey relational degree of every target and COD/TN. Impact of higher indexes. And analyse the reason.The preliminary calculation of Wuliangsuhai Lake`s self-purification rate draw a conclusion: the water body of Wuliangsuhai Lake has a certain extent self-purification,but its pollutionload has exceeded the self-purification capability.Finally, basing on the actual situation of Wuliangsuhai wetland ,I give advices of the protection and ecological restoration of Wuliangsuhai Lake.
