Hydrogen is known as "green energy" as it is efficient,clean and renewable.Technological research of preparation,storage and application of hydrogen energy,is moving in a systematic, scientific and cost-effective direction.Large-scale,economic,efficient and safe technology of hydrogen storage will directly affect the promotion and application of hydrogen energy.The system of organic liquid hydrogen storage,which mainly makes use of the reversible reaction of aromatics and other unsaturated organic liquid hydrides with hydrogen,to achieve the process of absorption and desorption of hydrogen,has large hydrogen storage efficiency, with convenient storage and transportation,and has a long cycle life.The current constraint on their development is the key difficulties in dehydrogenation.On the basis of the study of efficient intermittent dehydrogenation of organic liquid hydride with the catalyst of Raney-Ni under the multi-phase conditions,this paper further investigated efficient and continuous dehydrogenation technology of organic liquid hydride.Gas-assisted blowing method was used to study continuously dehydrogenation process of cyclohexane,and investigated the impact of factors on continuous dehydrogenation process,including reaction temperature,gas blowing mode,injection method and so on.On the other hand,in order to make dehydrogenation process more efficiently,we studied the catalytic of Nickel-plated carbon nanotubes for dehydrogenation of cyclohexane.The results showed that continuous dehydrogenation of cyclohexane can conduct favorably with the assist of gas purging,especially with hydrogen purging.The efficient and stable process of continuous dehydrogenation of cyclohexane is expected to be acquired by controlling of reaction temperature and regulating of the modes of gas blowing and feeding.In the conditions of 553K,7g Raney-Ni,0.6mL cyclohexane,and the purging time is 3min when the flow is 420mL H2/min,the conversion of continuously dehydrogenation of cyclohexane can reach 55.0%.Nickel-plated carbon nanotubes prepared by electroless nickel plating method,has good catalyst for dehydrogenation of cyclohexane,the conversion of which can reach 68.0%.But the catalyst's life is poor,and Ni particles will easily shedding from nanotubes.Conditions of the preparation process,such as pH value,will affect catalytic activities.It is important to improve the conditions of chemical plating to enhance adhesion ability of the nickel catalyst and. improve the catalytic activity and longevity.
