The surfactant,a main active constituent of the home-use or industrial-use detergent,approximately weighted 30%in the detergent.Along with the life waste water and industrial waste water emissions,the water body environment had received serious pollution.Surfactant has not gained people's attention seriously for it belongs to lower poisonous or the non-toxic chemical products.To verify the influence on the growth and photosynthesis in Microcystis aeruginosa which is the primary producer in the water body ecosystem,this article choosed three kind of surfactants(LAS,AEO9,mix surfactant) for representative,and studied systematically the influence from the surfactants on the growth and photosynthesis of Microcystis aeruginosa.The main conclusion is as follows:(1) The chlorophyll fluorescence technology,which may survey beautifully the physiological influence of the plant and algae's which environment threatened on,is a good probe for the algae photosynthesis-study.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameter Y',qP,IK,ΦPSII,rETR can accurately reflect the photosynthesis- situation of algae.(2) The surfactant can intensively promote the growth and the photosynthesis of Microcystis aeruginosa.Among three type of surfactants which used in this experiment,the promoting-action-order is:AEO9>mix surfactant>LAS.The most suitable density respectively is AEO9 20 mg/L,mix surfactant 10 mg/L,LAS 5~10 mg/L.(3) when three different types of surfactants(LAS,the mix surfactants and AEO9) dipped in the algae fluid,its correspondence's growth-effect-curve transits gradually from square-fitting to linear-fitting.(4) The Biodegradability order of three kinds of surfactants is:AEO9>mix surfactant>LAS.(5) The removal of surfactant in the environment depends on degradability from microorganism,When the structure is more stable,it is degraded more difficulty. Because its molecular structure is close to the natural organic matter and it has the strong surface tension performance,the infiltration performance and good degradation performance,AEO9 is recommended as an environmental protection product.
