In recent years, Guangzhou region is suffering from frequent air pollution, which has made a serious danger in people's production and daily life. The aerosol particles and PM10 particles re-play an important role in atmospheric pollution incidents, and it has a great significance to research them.This paper aim at researching of Aerosol Optical Depth, PM10 and the relationship between them in Guangzhou region, hope to provide a reference and technical support for air pollution incidents.The contents of the study include four parts, and it is shown as follows:1) Make use of the Second Simulation of a Satellite Signal in the Solar Spectrum model to simulate the apparent reflectance, under different parameters, which include different geometric conditions, aerosol type, MODIS spectral channels and surface reflectance.2) Make use of MODIS aerosol products and ENVI software to research the variation and regularity of AOD in Guangzhou region.3) Collecting the date of API subindex, and make a conversion of them to consistency of PM10, aim at making analysis of temporal and spatial variation of PM10.4) Using SPSS software to make relationship and regression analysis of AOD and PM10, and establish the mathematical model of them.
