The research on environmental geochemical behavior of the nutrient of carbon, nitrogen and phosphor in overlying water and sediments of Dalinuoer Lake was carried out. The content, fractions and distribution characteristics of nutrients was analyzed. Accumulation and conversion process of nutrients in sediments, and the potential impact of nutrients to the eutrophication course also were studied. The characteristics of both endogenous and exogenous load and the mechanism of eutrophication was posted for offering reasonable scientific accordance to the damage mechanism of ecosystem health, it has certain applied cost and guiding significance to the sustainable development of region economy. We reached the conclusion as follows:1. The dominant form of nitrogen are organic nitrogen followed by nitrate and ammonia in the surface sediment and sediment cores; The content of total nitrogen and organic nitrogen is higher in the center and southwest area of the lake; In general, the content of total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and organic nitrogen in the core sediment decreases with depth.2. The contents of total phosphor , organic phosphoru and exchangeable phosphoru in surface sediments of Dalinuoer Lake show the decreasing trend from the southwest to Northeast; The content of Al-P is higher in southwest area of the lake; The content of Oc-P is higher at northeast area while lower at the center area; The content of ACa-P is higher at the west and the center area; The content of De-P is higher at southeast area.3. In general, the content of total phosphor, De-P and exchangeable phosphorus in the sediment cores decreases with depth; The vertical distribution of Al-P and Fe-P have complex distribution characters, showing changes in the characteristics of multi-peak-sik.4. The dominant fractions of phosphor in sediments are ACa-P, De-P and Or-P, followed Ex-P; the contents of AL-P, Fe-P and Oc-P are very low.5. The special distribution of organic matter are characterized as decreasing from southwest to northeast, and the vertical distributions are characterized as decreasing with depth.6. The ratios of TOC/TN and TN/TP in sediments from Dalinuoer Lake indicate that both the surface runoff and the plankton are major supplier to organic matter. Nowadays, the Dalinuoer Lake is becoming super-eutrophication.
