Mechanism of microbial enhanced oil recovery hasn't been totally recognized and quantified because the diversity of microorganisms and metabolic products,so we still need to research it in various means. In this paper, microscopic simulation models and microscopic models with blind holes were used to experimentally study the performance of remaining oil during waterflooding and microbial flooding under the condition of HPHT. Microscopic flooding behaviors and mechanisms have been studied in pore and micrometer level. The interfacial dilational viscoelastic properties and dymamic interfacial tension of bacterial liquid on oil-water interface were investigated with sine wave movement methods. Dynamic and mocrobial aborption information of bacteria liquid was obtained. The interfacial dilational viscoelastic properties and dymamic interfacial tension were combined to quantitative research effection of mycobiont itself on oil-water interface property. The results show that biogas and biosurfactant can change the form and distribution of remaining oil.Biogas can displace oil and peel oil film, remaining oil can slide rapidly on the gas-liquid interface. Biogas can enter blind holes and replace remaining oil in them which air, water and polymer can't get into. Besides, Mycobiont itself is active which can lower interfacial tension and dilational modulus, change oil-water interface property, enhance oil flow ability. But its activity was influenced by temperature, mocorobes have optimal active temperature. This research has discovered and proved new micro-mechanisms of microbial enhanced oil recovery and will help microorganisms actualize great potential in enhancing oil recovery.
