Study On Emerging Water Mechanism Of Damaging Sidewall Under High-Pressure Water

With the new vertical shaft of coal mine cross-over special thick alluvium, it adopts composite shaft lining which is composite of double-layer laminated plastic in reinforced concrete wall structure when supporting freezing shaft wall. Although it has been used in freezing wall, it has not resolved the problem of leakage water of freezing shaft wall, and it will becomes more serious. In order to solve the technical problems in this paper, it has studies on mechanism of leakage water of freezing shaft wall under high-pressure water through theoretical analysis and experimental study on the basis of searching available information both at home and abroad.In the theoretical analysis aspect, it has analyzed temperature stress and suffered in the freezing temperature wall under stress crack, calculating of thermal stress of concrete , according to the mechanical properties of concrete freezing wall ,analysis of concrete cracks, expansion and through, according to the principle of damage mechanics ,analysis of mechanism of leakage water of freezing shaft wall according to the principle of hydraulic fracturing; in the model test aspect, to design of model according to similarity theory in order to simulate seepage water of the freezing wall. It has studied on model test of shaft wall containing cold construction joints and temperatures crack containing wall under high-pressure water and inspected of concrete model for water leakage with cross-hole resistivity CT technology and ultrasonic. The test results indicates that the construction cold joints usually does not produce leakage of water under pressure water while producing crack until leakage of water under temperature crack and understands mechanism of leakage water of freezing shaft wall further.
