To seek out the optimum extract technology about complex polysaccharides of Yu Ping Feng by the optimum extraction conditions were obtained by the experiment with the orthogonal design. Through the extraction rate and the content of Yu Ping Feng complex polysaccharides to research the influence factors about Yu Ping Feng complex polysaccharides. Water extraction and alcohol precipitation technology, alcohol extraction and water extraction technology, and enzymatic extraction technology.As result, in water extraction and alcohol precipitation technology, the ratio of material to extraction solvent and the temperature for extraction significantly affected complex polysaccharides of Yu Ping Feng. The effects of these factors decreased in the following order: the temperature for extraction, the ratio of material to extraction solvent, the time for extraction. The optimum extracting conditions of water extraction and alcohol precipitation technology were as follows. 1:12 for ratio of material to liquid, the time for extraction was 1.5 hours, the temperature for extraction was 90℃. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the extraction of complex polysaccharides from Yu Ping Feng by using the Water extraction and alcohol precipitation technology, the extraction rate was 7.84%, the content of Yu Ping Feng complex polysaccharides was 45.90%, the content of astragaloside IV in supernate was 0.072%. In alcohol extraction and water extraction technology, the rate of alcohol significantly affected complex polysaccharides extraction of Yu Ping Feng. The effects of these factors decreased in the following order: the rate of alcohol, the temperature for extraction, the time for extraction. The optimum extracting conditions of alcohol extraction and water extraction technology were as follows. The rate of alcohol was 100%, the time for extraction was 2.5 hours, the temperature for extraction was 50℃. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the extraction of complex polysaccharides from Yu Ping Feng by using the alcohol extraction and water extraction technology, the extraction rate was 8.23%, the content of Yu Ping Feng complex polysaccharides was 47.63%, the content of astragaloside IV in supernate was 0.123%. In enzymatic extraction technology, the time of enzyme digestion and the ratio of material to extraction solvent significantly affected complex polysaccharides of Yu Ping Feng. The effects of these factors decreased in the following order: the time of enzyme digestion, the ratio of material to extraction solvent, enzyme quantity. The optimum extracting conditions of enzymatic extraction technology were as follows. The time of enzyme digestion was 120 minutes, the enzyme quantity was 2.0% and 1:16 for ratio of material to liquid. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the extraction of complex polysaccharides from Yu Ping Feng by using the enzymatic extraction technology, the extraction rate was 9.86%, the content of Yu Ping Feng complex polysaccharides was 42.98%, the content of astragaloside IV in supernate was 0.093%. Through the comparison of the three kinds of mehods, the result shows that the enzymatic extraction technology is the best.Optimization of processing conditions of clarification were obtained by the experiment with the orthogonal design. Through the weight of sediments to research the influence factors about the process of Yu Ping Feng complex polysaccharides clarification. And the result shows that the clarifier dosage significantly affected the effect of clarification, the effects of these factors decreased in the following order: the clarifier dosage, the working time, the reaction temperature. The optimum conditions of the clarification were the amount of B is 1.40g/L, the amount of A is 0.70g/L, reaction temperature is 50℃, the working time is 50min.The pharmaceutical technology is also being studied in the thesis. The Yu Ping Feng complex polysaccharides through the processes of drying, crushing and sifting out, adding starch and dextrin, mixing, cranking out granule by using 90% ethanol, evaporating and packing. Through the study of dosage form, the capsule was prepared successfully.
