In this paper, it made a brief synthesis and analysis of the application of tubular continuous micro-filtration membrane (TCMFM), the introduction of the circulating cooling sewage water (CCSW) treatment of thermal power plant and overview and application of the TCMFM in the field of CCSW in thermal power plant, and then briefly introduced the project of TCMFM treating and reuse 10,000-ton scale for CCSW in Baoding thermal power plant, as the problems of block up of TCMFM in the operation of the project, this paper is based on the TCMFM pollution problems were more in-depth experimental and analysis, then established a model of TCMFM using for defecate filtration, it provides a theoretical basis for optimization of TCMFM in defecate filtration. This paper detailed analyzed the mechanism of pollution on TCMFM filtrate CCSW, and filters in the process of the resistance to the details and classifications, on the defecate filtration of TCMFM (dead-end filtration) in the force balance analysis of pollution particles, then using the theory of hydrodynamics and Micro-filtration infiltration, established a mathematical model of the TCMFM to defecate filtration, using knowledge of numerical analysis to the establishment of the model is to change the form and performance optimization, and parameters in the model to find the solution, optimize the use of Matlab toolbox functions and the experimental data for the success of the model parameters micro-filtration unit. Apply the model to optimize the unit's operating parameters, the operational model using simulated data by fitting a high accuracy and good fitting effect.
