The Heavy Oil is a kind of unconventional crude oil which contains a high percentage of weighty-component dispersed phase as wax,colloid and asphalt.For its enormous resources, Heavy Oil now takes much attentions. With the mature of sophisticated SAGD production technology, we have an urgent need for moisture measurement techniques which suit a high temperature and pressure conditions with high accuracy and stability suitable.The microwave transmission method has been selected to measure the moisture content of crude oil based on a lot of water holdup measurement literatures at home and abroad and the comparison of advantages and disadvantages which the different measure methods have.Based on the principle of microwave transmission and Multi-parameter coupling technology, we designed the test system and experimental program under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure about moisture content,it mainly includes the following aspects:1.Taking into account the Produced liquid of SAGD under high temperature and high pressure working condition,Microwave transmission method could meet the testing requirements;however,the test accuracy is not high.Make use of multi-parameter coupling technology to fix the results of tests,so that it can Improve the test accuracy.First of all,the author derived the formula for the model of microwave transmission and established the data analysis model depends on the multi-parameter information fusion algorithm with the Neural Network Technology.2.Set up a set of test Device of high-temperature and high presure oil moisture tests.Set up the main part of a high-temperature experimental equipment of testing the moisture content,which contents Microwave Test System, Storage and Separation Systems of gas,oil and water,High-temperature Pressurized System,Multi-parameter Data Acquisition System online,Neural Network Data Analysis System.The experimental model can simulate the working condition of producted liquid in SAGD which is high temperature and high pressure and then tested it.3.Taking into account the actual working condition of the SAGD produced liquid and the analysis result of various factors on the impact of testing (Including the impact of temperature,pressure and salinity),the author designed the verification experiments by the influencing factors,and provided the basis for sample selected from neural network training.
