When rod pumped well of ASP-combinational flooding reservoir is compared with that of water flooding reservoir, there are some problems, such as fat indicator diagram, declining pump efficiency, eccentric wear of rod. The aggravation of eccentric wear of rod and tubing makes pump inspection interval of rod pumped well of ASP-combinational flooding reservoir shorter, which restricts the popularization of ASP-combinational flooding. Fixing centralizers is a main measure to prevent from eccentric wear, but the reciprocally moving of centralizers in the annuli enlarges local resistance loss of the flow and affects not only the flow of fluid in the tubing strongly but also the deliverability of rod pumped well. So, research on the pressure drop of flow of produced liquid of ASP-combinational flooding in tubing as rod with centralizers moving axially and reciprocally is of certain theoretical instruction significance for formulating working system of rod pumped well of ASP-combinational flooding reservoir.Based on the method of dimensional analysis, the criterion equation of flow of produced liquid of ASP-combinational flooding in tubing as rod with centralizers moving axially and reciprocally was established in this paper. With the corresponding flow parameters measured through laboratory experiments, field experiments and the criterion equation mentioned above, the correlation formula of the pressure drop of the flow of produced liquid of ASP-combinational flooding in tubing as rod with centralizers moving axially and reciprocally was obtained by the regression analysis using SAS software. Finally, the influences of stroke, frequency and the number of plug-in centralizers on total pressure drop were analyzed. The results show that the total pressure drop increases with the stroke, the frequency and the number of plug-in centralizes under the condition that other parameters are uniform.The results mentioned above are of theoretical instruction significance for formulating working system of rod pumped well of ASP-combinational flooding reservoir, determining the appropriate bottom hole flowing pressure and displaying the deliverability of rod pumped well.
