Well test analysis is not only an important way, but also is an indispensible technique when oil reservoir or gas reservoir are described and oil field is exploited. At the moment, analysis technique has been got a new level. On well testing and reservoir evaluation, a lot of productions have been researched. With the varying of stimulation, the heterogeneous characteristics of reservoir and the changing of exploitation manner, the composite reservoir is appearing. Therefore, many factors will be considered when studying composite reservoir. It is harder to solve the problem of well test application.Based on the model of well test analysis for two-region reservoir and composite reservoir, this thesis studies the model of well test analysis for two-region composite reservoir. Wellbore storage and skin effects at the well are accounted for. A presence of thin skins at the discontinuities is also included. Based on infinite outer boundary, closed boundary and constant-pressure outer boundary are involved according to the character of reservoir. It is not easy to attain the solving of flow model and well test model with analytical method on many conditions, and it will be changed by numerical process if it is attained. Numerical method depends on grid generation, time step and so on, there are more factors to affect solution for numerical method.The model has turned to be boundary condition in Laplace Space. Firstly, the solution of this boundary condition has been attained in Laplace Space. Then by making use of the method of numerical inversion, the solution has been obtained in real space. Lastly, a set of typical curves of two-region composite reservoir have been constructed. These are bases for well test analysis.The problem of the application of well test for two-region composite reservoir is not solved at present. While the paper has establishes method of well test analysis. The plate of curves are applied in analysis program that be developed. The program can analysis field data, then permeability, skin effect at the wellbore and wellbore storage coefficients are calculated. The parameters are validated and dynamic basis is offered in the exploitation.
