This Paper analyzed and talked over the main reason for increased organic content in wastewater and specific composition and the nature of organic matter on the foundation of Chinese herbal medicines in the study of wastewater treatment technology. Based on the role of coagulation and adsorption principle, putting the×xpharmaceutical wastewater as the object of study, the thesis made the color index of wastewater as a symbol and made the chicken feathers as the base stock of preparing decolorizing agent. On the foundation of building the test methods of Proteolysis, according to the hydrolysis experiment of chicken feathers, The paper got the best chicken feather hydrolysis conditions and preparation of chicken feather keratin the best conditions for decoloring. In order to make use of the decolorizing agent for wastewater treatment in Chinese medicine, The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The regular degree of hydrolysis test methods have formaldehyde titration method, pH-state method, as well as water and Ninhydrin method.By comparison of three methods, Combination of experimental conditions, This paper determined the use of water and Ninhydrin method for Determination of chicken feathers hydrolyzed protein and made amino acids as a relative standard. The formula for the degree of hydrolysis used in the experiment is as follows:(2) By the Single-factor experiments, The thesis determined the trypsinhydrolysis of chicken feathers to crush the best hydrolysis conditions that the temperature is 55℃, pH value is 7.0, substrate concentration is 10%, enzyme dosage is 0.025g every 50ml feather and water mixture and the reaction time is 2h.(3) The degree of hydrolysis was the main indicator of impacting the decolorization rate. The study found that: With the increasing degree of hydrolysis, the decolorization rate raise and reached the highest value when the degree of hydrolysis is 1.10%, but when the hydrolysis degree increased further, the decolorization rate decreased .This discipline in dealing with Herba Epimedii Icariin and extract water and mixed wastewater are all in this way, which showed that the discoloration effectiveness is the best on the level of 1.10 percent for the degree of hydrolysis of feather keratin. (4) The experiment to decolorization effect on Environmental conditions showed that: the impact of the acidity experiment show that, when pH value is 4.0,It reached the best decoloration effect and the decolorization rate was 79.89%, while in neutral, alkaline conditions, the decolorization rate was only percent more than a dozen, which is a more reasonable range for pH 4-6. Decolorant dosage experiment showed that, for dealing with Herba Epimedii Icariin and extract water and mixed wastewater, when the decolorant was 7.5g,The decolorization rate was at the highest 69.36% and when the dosage was 10g, the decolorization rate fell to 48.67 % approximately. Therefore, The choice of Decolorant dosage is 7.5g.(5) After research, The decolorant mechanism of feather keratin Decoloration initially determined are as follows: Chicken feather as a kind of abandoned feather keratin becomed hydrolyzed protein after hydrolysis, which contains a large number of-COOH,-NH2,-OH etal and the main chain also contains a large number of peptide bond (-C-NH-), for the amorphous form of loose micelles; The protein surface without hydrolyze have adsorption. In proper conditions, Combined with Chinese herbal medicines residues in waste water ,they can generate static gravity, hydrogen bonding, van der Waals force and hydrophobic force, which adsorbed pigment from Chinese medicine wastewater or embedded pigment in the micelle and can achieve removal effect by flocculation and coagulation.
