The machining quality of engine nozzle has a serious impact on the economic performance and engine emission standards. But because of the diameter of nozzle is small, and the small hole formats a cross-hole with cavity , it is difficult to achieve from the conventional method of polishing. In view of this, this thesis proposes the use of abrasive flowing machining technology for ultra-precision polishing of nozzle.In this thesis, a distribution model of pressure and velocity in abrasive flow polishing nozzle is established based on the abrasive flow machining principle. On the basis of theoretical analysis, a set of abrasive flow machining equipment is designed and manufactured independently. A new type of abrasive flow media is researched and developed which solves the problem of preparation. A series of technical parameters were obtained in the processing study of abrasive flow polishing experiments by using of the equipment and abrasive flow media.The experiments show that it can be effectively deburr and polish by using the self-developed equipment and abrasive flow media which improves the injector efficiency of nozzle.
