Research On Regional Ecological Security Indicator System Of Songyuan City

During these years,the ecological security of dwelling environment for human is threatened by more and more environmental issues,and ecological environment has become an important factor which restricted the sustainable development of economy and society. This article introduces "pressure-conditions-response model" based on a lot of relevant reference and the conception of region ecological security.Choosing Songyuan region as it's object of study,this paper constructs an indicator system of ecological security assessment by the methods of arrangement analysis witch based on the ecological environment and economy and social situation of Songyuan City.Furthermore,the essay defines the weight of each indicator by arrangement analysis,then evaluates the ecological security of Songyuan City by applying summary indicator.By the analysis of the states and main problems,we advance some countermeasures on maintaining ecological security,and discuss the development tendency.The main results are as follows:1.Ecological security indicator system and evaluation criteria that constituted by 25 targets,arrived at 10 indexes that have great influence on ecological security of Songyuan City.These 10 indexes are vegetation cover,waters area,annual precipitation,available prairie proportion,average water quantity,environmental protection investment accounts for the GDP proportion,industrial waste standards emission rate,waste load of water resources industrial according to the arranged in order.2.The ecological security condition of Songyuan City is appraised in the dual years from 1998 to 2006,and it's composite index rose from 0.458 in 1998 to 0.567 in 2006,showing the overall level of ecological security is at general condition.Main issues of ecological security are as follows:①the average water resources quantity per person is insufficient,and the water distribution is imbalanced;②the ecology resources environment is bad;③environmental pollution is aggravating and environment governance waits for strengthening;④the social investment and the economic development are uncoordinated.3.In view of main ecological security problems of Songyuan City,this article puts forward some specific safeguards:①increasing the forest cover;②increasing the facilities for water conservancy;③protecting the land resource;④increasinging the investment on environmental protection,improving environmental pollution integrated control;⑤controling population grows;⑥speeding up the urbanized advancement,raising the urbanized level;⑦expanding the education investment,improves the human quality;⑧insisting the technical forerunner,sharpening the independent innovation ability.After taking these countermeasures, its ecological security level of Songyuan City will continue to have an enhancement in future.
