China has a vast maritime territory and is rich in a large variety of seashell. The seashell output of the year can reach 10 million tons. Seashell, because of its rich nutrition, take the fancy of the public. At present,the processing and utilization of seashell is confined to its edible parts,while a large number of shells have been discarded as rubbish, These abandoned shells remain organic compounds and cause serious pollution to the environment in the process of long-term stacking. Because of the under-utilization of the seashell resources, this study aims at how to use its shell effectively and changes waste into treasure.In this study, the shell of clam was used as material and dispose it by adopting embrittlement technology,superfine communication technique and ionization techniques. The quality of calcium lactate accorded with the national standard requirements (GB 6226-2005). The optimal process conditions were determined by experiment, the results were as follows:(1) Establishment of the technological parameters of embrittlement: freezing time 45min,freezing temperature -10℃,drying temperature121℃,drying time 5min. Under this condition, the brittle broken degree of Clamshell was 85.2%.(2) Establishment of the technological parameters of superfine communication: grinding time 5min,feed weight 36g,mill speed 5000 r/min. The particle size of clam powder was 90μm and flour yield was 90.5%.(3) Duplicate orthogonal gyration combination design was adopted to obtain data. The relationship between the yield of calcium lactate (Y) and powder-acid ratio(X1),liquid-solid ratio(X2),reaction time(X3) were studied. Regression model was as follows: Y=93.30+2.81X1-0.70X2+2.19X3-2.07X12-2.99X22-2.42X32+1.27X1X3。Regression model fits the practical situation quite well and can be used to reflect the effect of powder-acid ratio,liquid-solid ratio and reaction time on the yield of calcium lactate.(4) The optimum technological parameters of ionization techniques were: powder-acid ratio0.58,liquid-solid ratio12 and reaction time2.25h. The yield of calcium lactate was 95.21%.(5),the solubility of calcium lactate ,obtained under the condition of pH3.7,time 2.4min,could reach 10.5 g/L.(6) The raw materials used in products are security,the color is white and the solubility is good. No other chemicals are added in the production process, and thus the product is a safe, non-toxic organic calcium product; Because the preparation technology is simple and raw materials are abundant, the technology has a good application prospect.
