This article studied on the department of phosphorus inhibitors'effect on coagulation when circulating sewage water recovery in power plant.Adopting PFS as coagulants and PAM as coagulant aid,the mechanism of phosphorus and the principles of scale inhibitors in the water coagulant was analyzed. The experiment result showed, the coagulation's effect turned out fine when the dosage of PFS was 30mg/L and PAM was 1mg/L,phosphorus inhibitors such as HEDP,EDTMP,ATMP had a negative effect on coagulation.Adjusting pH from10.5 to 11.5 by adding NaOH solution came to better result; The effect of Na2CO3 solution on the water coagulation test was not obviously, the actual project should add NaOH and Na2CO3 solution at the same time. The conclusion had been adopted by circulating sewage water reuse project in Hebei dingzhou Power Generation Co,Ltd.The type and dose of drugs in pre-process system was controlled as followed:the best dose of NaOH and Na2CO3 solution was 10.0mmol/L and 1.5mmol/L,pH was from 11.0 to11.5,the dose of PFS was 30.0mg/L and the coagulant aid was 2.0mg/L.The results provided theoretical basis and experimental data for project.
